WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50, and $5 shipping on orders under $50. Canadian orders are subject to standard USPS rates. Any additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to standard USPS shipping rates.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. We ship through USPS Priority mail. Your order should arrive between 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Canadian shipping times will be displayed at checkout. You will receive shipping updates via email.

At this time, shipping is limited to the U.S. and Canada only.

Returns & Replacements

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We’re proud to offer a 45-day money back guarantee on all Healus products. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, we will refund or replace the item within 45 days of the purchase date. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT?

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN THE U.S.A.?

Yes, all of our products are manufactured in the U.S.A. We work directly with cGMP labs to ensure the highest quality standards.

WHERE IS THE EXPIRATION DATE ON MY PRODUCT?

Our products are good for up to 3 years after the MFG date, or by the EXP date on package.

This rule excludes the Prebiotic Protein, which is best consumed within 3 months if stored in a cool dry place. For prolonged shelf life and freshness, store in the refrigerator.
