I'm not sure if I'm signed up. How do I find out?
Don't worry, if you try and sign up using an email that's already attached to an account, we'll let you know and direct you to sign in instead. If you don't remember your password, the password reset option will let you update it.
Bonus: when you sign up, look for points from past orders saved and waiting for you!
Where can I see my rewards account?
Access and view your rewards any time by clicking the green Rewards button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
How do I redeem my rewards?
It's easy! Click the green Rewards button at the bottom of your browser to access your rewards. Access and view your rewards any time by clicking the green Rewards button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Scroll down and click Ways to Redeem. Follow the prompts to choose how many points you want to redeem and you'll get a code to enter at checkout.
Can I use my rewards in addition to sale discounts?
Current rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with sale discounts. But you will still earn points on any sale purchases that you can redeem toward a future order!
Can I use my rewards on a Subscribe & Save order?
At this time rewards cannot be used on Subscription orders. But you DO earn rewards on all of your Subscribe & Save items!
If you want to redeem your rewards, you can log in and Skip your next Subscribe and Save order. Then just place a one-time purchase for your desired product(s) and apply your rewards at checkout.
Do my rewards expire?
Nope! Currently, rewards do not expire. Redeem them at your convenience!
